I had a fantastic stay at San Peter Rome B&B! The location was perfect, just a short walk to St. Peter's Cathedral and the San Peter train station. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge to keep my drinks cool. The all-day breakfast was a real treat, with a great selection of food available. The staff, especially Irina, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The wifi connection was also excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a superb place. We travelled around Italy and stayed at different places, but this was the best! You cant ask for more - the person in- charge - Irina - was very helpful and welcoming...waited for us though we were bit late and explained everything. Infact, informed me in advance of how the room would look like. The place was very neat and tidy. There is light breakfast available in the room and a small kitchen with some utensils. You can make coffee at any time you want. There is tv in the room for quick relaxation and ac as well. All rooms are attached and its just 5 mins walk from St Peters Basilica & the Vatican city. There is a bus which runs very closeby which connects to the city & train station (although its busy) and for others the city tours bus also comes just in front of the Basilica. I loved the stay here, would visit again and would recommend to anyone!
It could have a microwave to warm food brought from outside - although most BnBs doesnt have it either - so its not a fault at all. Otherwise, nothing bad...excellent place!

Irina, the host was the best part. She was extremely helpful and accomodating. She even let me use her cell phone to make a local mobile call. The location was good too....right next to the Vatican. I could see St. Peter's Basilica every time I left the b and B.
The bed and pillow were hard as a rock. Didn't sleep very well.

The B&B had a great location, just a short walk away from the Vatican and other attractions. It was also conveniently located near bus and train stations, making it easy to explore the city.
The breakfast provided was very poor, with limited options and low quality food.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially if you want to visit the Vatican. It was just a short walk away from St Peter's Square.
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel, especially if you arrive at night. It would be helpful if there were clearer directions provided.

Well-equipped room with TV, fridge, safe, closet, toiletries. Fully stocked kitchen with free cereals, pastries, yogurt, milk, and more. Fast Wi-Fi. Convenient location near Vatican/St. Peter's Square. Helpful and available staff.

The hotel is not a hotel, but a private apartment in an apartment building. There are 4 private rooms with keys and a common kitchen. The room we stayed in was very clean and confortable, not so big, but not very small, with bathroom that had a separated shower cabin, hair dryer. We had AC and a small Tv, a small fridge. We ate in our room, because in the small kitchen you can only prepare your tea or coffee and wash the dishes. The location is very close to the Vatican. It has a bus-station line 64 that goes to Termini through the city-center. The closest metro is at 15 min distance on the red line, also to Termini. The personel is formed from one person, Irina, who is very pretty and helpfull young girl. You can reach her by the phone in the room, at every hour of the day. In conclusion, it is a nice location to stay for a few days, but the price it's a little too expensive for just a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
A little too expensive for just a room in an apartment, not a hotel, even if it's close to the Vatican.

Convenient location near Vatican/St. Peter's Basilica and San Pietro station. No. 64 bus provides easy access to the city center. Friendly and helpful host. Self-service breakfast and coffee machine. Complimentary drinks and water in room. Excellent value for money. Basic facilities, but sufficient for a enjoyable stay.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

San Peter Rome b&b is in a perfect location, St Peters Basillica and Vatican is a 5 minute walk max. The b&b and rooms where spot less. Small kitchen area for you to make tea/coffee and toast (shared with other rooms). Would 100% stay again when next in Rome.

Good location, very good value for money. Clean and nice room. You can check in and out at any time you like. It's b&b, but snacks are available all day in common kitchenette. Bus line 64 passes next to hotel - it connects Termini, City center and Vatican.
Some problems with hot water. Rooms are bellow ground level - no daylight.

I had an amazing stay at a great value. The room felt like a high-end hotel, complete with all the amenities you could need. The location was perfect, just a short walk from St. Peter's Square. The staff, especially Flavio, were incredibly helpful and attentive.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

I stayed at San Peter Rome B&B and it was superb! The hotel is safe, small, and immaculate. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the Vatican. The wifi worked perfectly and the staff were really helpful. I would highly recommend I San Pietrini for a great restaurant nearby. The check-out process was easy, allowing us to enjoy another full day in the city.
Cannot find any fault. 🌟
